LEGAL SECRETARYSimbarashe Ganya the Founding Partner is a holder of a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Constitutional and Human Rights from the Midlands State University, and a Bachelors of Laws Degree (LLB) from Midlands State University.
Simbarashe has been in practice for the past decade following his registration as a Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public in Zimbabwe. He is the current Director of the Law Clinic at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (ZEGU). He is also a former public prosecutor with the Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Zimbabwe and is also a former police officer with the Zimbabwe Republic Police.
Simbarashe has vast experience and specializes in Criminal Law, Constitutional Litigation, Human Rights Law, and Family Law, Civil procedure in the High Court, Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe.
Rashworth Jekera is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Zimbabwe.
Rashworth has been in practice for the past five years following his registration as a Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public in Zimbabwe. He has vast experience in civil litigation and has made numerous appearances at the Supreme Court, Labor Court and the High Court of Zimbabwe.
Rashworth has extensive experience and knowledge of Conveyancing Law and Practice. He is in charge of the Conveyancing and Real Estate department of the Firm.
Mugove K Chandauka is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Fort Hare, South Africa.
Mugove has been in practice for the past three years following his registration as a Legal Practitioner in Zimbabwe. He has a keen interest and passion for criminal litigation and is a tech-savvy individual with an in-depth understanding of cyber law. Mugove is also well versed in the preparation and reviews of Agreements for Sale, Leases, Transfers and Registration of Documents in the respective registries.
Mugove has extensive experience and knowledge of Information Technology and has various Google certifications in IT Support, Digital Marketing and Cybersecurity. He is the I.T. guy of the Firm.
Mazvita P. Muringani is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University.
Mazvita is a recent law graduate and is registered as a Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public in Zimbabwe. She is a Life Coach and Certified Mentor with interests in Mining and Environmental Law, Youth and Advocacy, Girl Child Rights, Human Rights and Family Law. She is well versed in drafting Briefs, Legal Opinions & Drafting all Court processes, Legal Advice and Consultations with Clients. She attends to the firm’s filling of court processes, client Advisory meetings and Round Table meetings.
Mazvita is a dedicated, ambitious and skilled young lady with a passion for quality, excellence, good work and community building. A young professional with refined leadership and mentorship skills always ready to promote societal development.
Winet G. Mkwasi is a holder of a Natural Resources Management Degree from Bindura University of Science Education.
She is the current Legal Secretary of the Firm and she has gained vast experience in communication with clients and statistical/documentary research. She is responsible for typing up and filing of basic legal documents and correspondence and answering and directing phone calls to the Firm.
Winet keeps the Firm ticking as she maintains the Firm’s contact lists, monitors deadlines and calendars, updates diaries and schedules meetings.
